Shipping can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks to arrive from the time of purchase. Please take this into consideration when purchasing from us. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and you can check the status of your package on our website tracker or at this global tracker site. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on separate dates.

Refunds and returns are granted if you are unsatisfied with the product and contact us within 14 days of the delivery date of the item. Please contact us at support@the-playpen.com with your order ID, feedback, and photos of the item as to why you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
